Founder & Director
Ryan Bradshaw
Ryan Bradshaw brings 18 years of dedicated experience in local schools to Turning Point Leeds, where he is a Founder and Director.
​
Throughout his career, he has focused on fostering inclusive and supportive environments where every pupil can feel safe, valued, and able to thrive.
​
Before establishing Turning Point Leeds, Ryan served as a Senior Leader for Inclusion, where he championed strategies that promoted equity and ensured pupils with diverse needs were fully supported.
As the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), he is deeply committed to the safety and well-being of all pupils, embedding robust safeguarding practices and nurturing a culture of trust and care.

Ryan’s extensive experience, combined with his passion for restorative and inclusive education, underpins his leadership at Turning Point Leeds and makes him a vital part of the team, helping pupils to re-engage with learning and achieve their potential.

Founder & Director
Doug Mulholland
Doug Mulholland brings over 15 years of experience teaching in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) settings to Turning Point Leeds, where he is a Founder and Director.

Throughout his career, Doug has focused on building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and creating inclusive environments where every young person feels valued and supported.
​
Before establishing Turning Point Leeds, Doug developed extensive experience as both a classroom teacher and a leader within SEMH and alternative education, combining a deep understanding of pupil needs with the practical skills to create positive change.
​
His unique blend of teaching expertise and leadership experience underpins his work at Turning Point Leeds, ensuring the provision continues to empower pupils, work restoratively with families, and strengthen partnerships with schools.

Heather Mulholland brings valuable experience from across the education sector to Turning Point Leeds.
