We believe that clear, transparent policies are essential for creating a safe, supportive, and high-quality learning environment.

We, Ryan and Doug are proud to lead a provision built on restorative practice, inclusion, and strong partnerships with schools, pupils, and families. Our policies set out not only our legal and statutory responsibilities but also our commitment to doing things the right way, fairly, consistently, and always in the best interests of the young people we serve.

These documents are designed to reassure our host schools, parents/carers, and pupils that TPL meets and exceeds the expectations of Ofsted, Leeds Local Authority, and the National Standards for non-school alternative provision. They reflect our values of respect, equality, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.
